Although some flexibility exists in our schedule, we encourage you to book in advance.
Please bring your own clubs and golf balls. Make sure your clubs are clean and that you have new balls. We do have limited rental options for special cases and offer golf balls in our pro-shop for purchase. Also, we provide tees and ask that you use them and not your wooden or plastic tees.
We ask that golfers wear clean athletic shoes - no spikes or outdoor shoes.
We have a 1200 sq.ft. short game practice green. For safety, we ask golfers to keep their clubhead below the knees and hit shots that are kept low, with a 'peak height' at knee level.
We allow 3 players in most bays, however can allow 4 players in bays 13 and 14. Bay 16 can accommodate up to 6 players and bay 17 can host up to 8 players.
You pay by the hour not per golfer.
Typically, 18 holes takes one player an hour to play. For bookings with two people book 2 hours for 18 holes. For bookings with 3 people book 3 hours for 18 holes.

Yes, you can edit or cancel your booking and receive a full refund up to 24 hours in advance.
Yes, we have 14 PGA Professionals available for instruction with over 250 years of experience.
Yes, we have a licensed lounge that offers food and beverage. The simulators in that area are Bays 16 & 17.
Yes! We have a wide range of golf related accessories, clothing and clubs. TaylorMade, Callaway, Ping along with Adidas, Penguin and Ibkul to name just a few of the brands we carry.
We sell gift certificates in any dollar amount.

We are Open Year Round! In the Fall / Winter months we are open Monday - Friday 9:00am-9:00pm, Saturday 8:00am-10:00pm, Sunday 8:00am-9:00pm. During the Summer months we are open Monday - Friday 9:00am-8:00pm and weekends 9:00am-3:00pm. If you would like access outside of these hours for a group or event, contact us.
RULES AND GUIDELINES
The following rules are in place to ensure members and guests have a safe, enjoyable experience.
You must bring your own clubs. Please ensure club faces are clean.
Clean athletic shoes must be worn in the hitting bays - no spikes.
Clean balls are also required (no Sharpie lines) to ensure our screens stay white & clean.
Keep all food away from the hitting area / simulators. Drinks can be placed on the metal drink stands (attached to wood posts). Please keep drinks off main console as our technology is housed underneath. Burloak Indoor Golf is not a licensed, we prohibit alcohol.
NO swinging clubs outside of a hitting bay. ALL shots must be directed forward. Be alert of where golfers are swinging clubs and walk outside of their swing range.
Advanced Bookings are required. We maintain a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel within 24 hours you will be charged and sent a raincheck to be used at a later date.
Guests and members acknowledge that photography and/or video may be captured and used to promote our business.
